SALES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
We offer a dynamic environment that moves quickly based on what’s in the global news. We aim to buy scrap metal low, process efficiently, and then trade the metal commodities in the global market. To familiarize you with this unique industry, we offer a 6-12 month training program to teach you our business from the ground up. We look for candidates with exceptional communication skills, have the ability to work autonomously and with a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing industrial environment. Must be willing to relocate throughout the U.S.
BROKERAGE REPRESENTATIVE
If you have an interest in developing new business, then explore a career as a Brokerage Representative with us! You’ll join an international team of brokers who create business opportunities by trading commodities including ferrous metals and nonferrous metals. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline, exceptional communication skills and are interested in sales or supply chain management, then you could be one of our next great Brokers! We offer a competitive salary, company cellphone and paid relocation to one of eleven district offices across the country.
COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR
This key inside sales role works on the front lines of our recycling operations. They are one of the first people our customers speak with when needing scrap pricing or with any general recycling questions. This position works directly with the buyers in their region to help source scrap and develop lasting customer relationships. Other responsibilities include exceptional customer service, retention at scales and analyzing products for purchase and price overrides.
BUYER
Buyers are experts in the metal recycling industry. They understand the market, communicate forecasts with their colleagues and outline opportunities to their customers. They develop strong relationships with their clients and play a key role in the success of our company. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker that delivers a high-level of customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
